The characters for Kai and Zen mean change and good in Japanese. It is the notion of continuous improvement and permeates the martial arts. We at Kaizen Martial Arts endeavour to foster this notion through our training.
Regardless of age or level, we have a program that will fit your needs. Children, youth, teens and adults are all welcome to try our classes. Whether you want to train recreationally or competitively you are welcome to attend. We also offer classes in small groups, semi-privately or privately depending on your comfort level. In addition to our regular classes we offer programs for schools and businesses.
Kaizen Martial Arts has a 1580 square foot state of the Art facility that is managed in a traditional manner. We have premium quality mats and equipment. There is one available private change room and two washrooms that students and visitors can use. Spectators can enjoy a comfortable seating area with a great view of our classes.
